Our Long Play Guarantee is simple. We want whatever you buy from us to go the distance, beyond what you might expect. And if it doesn't we want to make it right. We take what we do seriously and know you work hard for the things you buy from us. Responsibility is not just doing what is expected, its about responding correctly to each situation. Whatever it is we want to make it right and are willing to admit when we are wrong.

For as long as we have stock on hand of the item you bought, we will repair or replace whatever is needed to make things right. All we require is that the warranty claim is due to a defect in quality or workmanship in the product. We will honor this for the original owner, and for as long as we keep making the product. For any returns of unused product that are due to an undesirable fit, or simply a change of heart, we will work with you on a return or replacement within 60 Days of purchase.
