Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more. This offer is only available within the continental United States. Shipping costs are determined by an item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We will show an estimated shipping cost in your final shopping cart. If you select an alternative shipping method, an APO/FPO address or an address outside the continental United States, your actual shipping may be higher. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive 3-6 days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you. We offer ground shipping to the United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped during regular business days (Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays). If you place an order over the weekend, your order will not be sent out until the beginning of the next week. Expect your order to be sent out within two business days after your order is placed. Currently, we do not offer expediated shipping options. Exceptions can be made if you need your item urgently. If so contact support@smithandrogue.com with your order number (additional charges apply). Orders are shipped using either FedEx, USPS, or UPS depending on which carrier offers the most economical option.

We currently fulfill orders from multiple locations. Payment will be reflected once your shipment is processed, and a shipping label is created. When an order is sent from multiple locations, you will see separate charges for those items on your statement. Automatic updates for your order will appear in your inbox along with the additional tracking numbers.
