Warranty Coverage

For as long as we have stock on hand of the item you bought, we will repair or replace whatever is needed to make things right. All we require is that the warranty claim is due to a defect in quality or workmanship in the product. We will honor this for the original owner, and for as long as we keep making the product.

For any returns of unused product that are due to an undesirable fit, or simply a change of heart, we will work with you on a return or replacement within 60 Days of purchase. Do not use the form below for normal returns and exchanges, for that click here

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Making a Claim

Should you encounter a problem with your Smith + Rogue product, please fill out the form below. Provide a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the warranty claim process, with the goal of getting you back to your adventures as quickly as possible.

Limitations

Repair or replacement of defective products is our sole warranty remedy. Smith + Rogue is not responsible for indirect damages or losses.
