In Montana, where we are from, we collect wild edibles like huckleberries and mushrooms. It keeps us in tune with our surroundings. Our friends in Hawaii collect a wild seaweed (among other things) known as Limu. Limu is an edible seaweed used in cuisine across the pacific. It’s often served alongside fish and poi.
