We partnered with Independent Ironware out of Freedom, WY to create carbon steel cookware hand-forged in the USA. Made for open flame, high heat and hard use! Smash your burgers and steaks on any surface-induction, gas, grill or open fire and the handle stays cool on the stove top. Can also be used to press bacon, flatten paninis, veggies, or keeping tortillas flat on the griddle. American-made steel that gets tougher with time and is built to pass down to future generations.
