General Information

The SMITH + ROGUE OUTDOOR GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored by CSWW, Inc., dba North 40 Outfitters (“Sponsor”), begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on April 17, 2026 and ends at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on April 19, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve odds of winning. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law or where it does not comply with applicable registration or filing requirements.

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which constitute a legally binding contract.

How to Enter

There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes:

Online Entry: Scan the QR code located on in-store promotional posters or visit https://smithandrogue.com/sr-mead-grand-opening-giveaway. Complete the entry form, including your email address. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (nineteen (19) in AL and NE; twenty-one (21) in MS) at the time of entry.

Employees of the Sponsor, prize providers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible. Any false, deceptive, automated, or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Notification

Twenty (20) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur on or about April 24, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Winners will be notified by email or other contact method within approximately three (3) days of the drawing. Winners must respond within three (3) days and complete all required documentation within five (5) business days.

Prize Description and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Twenty (20) individual prizes will be awarded with a combined approximate retail value of $1,016.

General Prize Terms

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All taxes and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes must be collected from a Sponsor retail or office location, or shipped free of charge to the winner’s U.S. state of legal residence.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or typographical errors. Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or winner who fails to comply with these Official Rules or cannot be contacted. Alternate winners may be selected.

Release and Indemnification

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

Disputes and Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, with venue exclusively in state or federal courts located within Montana.

Publicity

Where permitted by law, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy and Marketing Communications

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://smithandrogue.com/privacy-policy . Opting into marketing communications is optional and does not affect odds of winning.

Conduct

Winners agree to behave in accordance with applicable laws and accepted social practices. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any winner or guest for inappropriate behavior.
